You are a star :)

All elements on Earth, except for the lightest, were created in the centre of a massive star. They are formed in the supernova explosions that happen when star dies. These elements mix with other matter and form new stars, some with planets such as Earth, which means that the iron in your blood and the calcium in your bones all come from the stars. The soil on this Earth is filled with heavy elements from such events and stardust is raining down on you every day from interstellar storms. You are made of stardust and surrounded by it too!

So being of the stars, what do you dream off using these first wee morning hours for? You are touching the universe, or this galaxy, every moment, so what the limits you?
