Here is what a couple of wonderful days at the SAND conference in Italy taught me:

Open the door to life
so it may reach you

resist the urge to force anything to happen
gently lean back into the magic of your own self
and let the way lead you

stay attentive
and never never blow or poke a fire
give thanks again and again and again and again

...and, when there's laughter– just laugh, it is futile to resist!
