#39 Monday Morning Coffee Post

I've got no news for you this morning! But sometimes that is a blessed thing. Not because, as they say that; "no news, is good news", but because that in the absence of news maybe there is a bigger potential for silence.

Silence isn't necessarily the absence of sound. It is present even in the midst of sounds. It is the canvas on which sounds appear, never not there.

So let's celebrate silence this Monday morning. Find it through out the day; in your breath, in a sunbeam, in a heartbeat, in conversation with a friend, or in a stolen moment at work.
