#18 Monday Morning Coffee Post



This Monday set out into the world with a smile:

-Close your eyes
-Put your hand on your heart
-Smile a small discrete half crocked smile- fake it if it doesn't comes naturally
-While doing this notice your breath and perhaps make it slightly deeper- but in a gentle manor.

Do this for 4 min. and something happens inside you. Your smiling muscles communicate to your brain to release dopamine, which is one of your 'happy' neurotransmitters. Whether your smile was real or not, it still works chemically in your body. Dopamine gives us the feeling of contentment and happiness.
